The cost of groceries, concern over pesticides and a desire to utilize locally grown produce has kindled an interest in growing edibles we haven’t seen in over 30 years. Unfortunately, having skipped a generation, many gardening practices have been lost, leaving a void in gardening know-how. These classes are designed for the beginning gardener who would like to know where to begin, eliminate costly mistakes and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
